Karen and her husband John serve as Associate Co-Pastors for Youth, working with middle and high school students. They’ve been involved in youth ministry since their newlywed days in Chicago, and served a church on the Oregon coast for 10 years before moving to McMinnville in 2020. They have four kids and enjoy family walks and bike rides around the neighborhood, as well as hiking and camping around the Pacific Northwest. Karen was trained as a spiritual director at North Park Theological Seminary, and enjoys running, writing, and doodling when she’s not pastoring or parenting.
