Sunday Morning Registration We have implemented our Child Protection and Abuse Prevention Policy.  If you have youth (through age 18) involved in any activity in student ministries on Sunday mornings, please print out a  form and return to the church office. 

Parent Consent and Emergency Information - required for all overnights and trips
