Mark Carlson
Co-Senior Pastor
Mark began his ministry at McMinnville Covenant Church in 2004. Mark and his wife, Anna, were married in 2000, and they have two kids. Mark completed his M.Div. studies at North Park Theological Seminary and was ordained in 2006. Mark's passions include student ministry, discipleship, and the great outdoors. During his free time, Mark can be found working in his yard, hanging out at Lowe's, riding his motorcycle, or building something with his kids.

Anna Carlson

Children's Ministries Director

Anna joined the staff in May 2005 and is married to Pastor Mark. Originally from Seattle, WA, Anna has a background in education and history, and she is passionate about helping children and families grow in Christ. Anna is a history and movie buff, and travels as much as possible.


Julie Kennedy

Office Administrator

Julie joined the office staff in August 2006. Julie and her husband, Bert, have two adult children. Outside of the office, one of Julie's many skills is baking.

Ted Yuen

Co-Senior Pastor

joined the staff in March 2005. Ted has been married to Penny since 1997, and they have two energetic kids. Originally from Chicago, Ted and Penny have lived in the Northwest since 1997. Ted received his M.Div. from Regent College in Vancouver, BC, and was ordained in 2006. Ted's passions are to see people come alive in Christ, for fresh expressions of faith and music, and for great food and coffee. In his free time, Ted enjoys playing racketball, Celtic fiddling, and discovering new places with his family.

Laura Rudeen
Pastoral Intern (Youth)

Laura joined the staff in July 2014, after completing her undergraduate studies in Youth Ministry at North Park University in Chicago, IL.

Elise Willis
Communications Coordinator

Elise joined the staff in September 2012.  Elise and her husband, Dan, have two young boys which keep her busy when she is not in the office. She moved from Seattle to McMinnville several years ago to be closer to extended family and love the community and their church family.
